Hi. I am Jean-Luc Portal aged 40. I am the happy owner of a Maplin 4600 synthesiser which I bought 5 months ago (March 2008) in a non-working order (psu had exploded and some of the ICs needed to be changed), poor cheap black painted wood case, no collet knob caps, no matrix pins and original 'electronic today' book in different parts....... but I'm happy..... I live in the South West of France and did a return trip to Paris by train to pick up my beauty. It cost me 280 euros (travel include). I made it an expander, but I have not finished the fix (it runs at 70%) and the case (I will put a sequencer on the lower space with a plug for the keyboard and the joystick). |
